I am joining the international team of WORD of MICE created by Mariska Kesteloo. It’s time for a new challenge during this unprecedented era of coronavirus. I am thrilled, full of energy and new ideas, and eager to start.
Haven’t you heard of Word of MICE yet? WORD of MICE is the first global influencer community for the MICE industry, where we explore the true potential of social media marketing.
My role in Mariska`s Team will be mainly for the support on a technical level, the growing community influencers and the execution of the ongoing campaigns.
Mariska and I got in touch via LinkedIn and finally in person at the tradeshow CONFEX in London 3 years ago. For those who know me, I am passionate about social media and always online (at least very often). During our first f2f conversation we discovered that we had a lot in common, not only about social media but also our vision on the MICE industry, and value-driven.
I was, and still am, a big fan of her concept of how destinations including other suppliers and the MICE industry could collaborate with properly chosen Influencers. Her concept, and especially now in these special times, can be a win-win situation for all parties and Mariska is one of the first educators and marketing agencies in this field.
From today on, I am part of the team of Word of MICE and I can`t wait to share with you all the possibilities of influencer marketing in our industry and what WordofMICE has to offer.
