I’m Joining the MPI Future Professionals Mentoring Programme

MPI-Poland-Chapter-Future-Professionals-Mentor

I’m pleased to announce a milestone that resonates with me on both a personal and professional level: I will be serving as a mentor in the first edition of the Future Professionals programme organised by the MPI Poland Chapter.

8 December 2025 – A Special Date

The programme kicked off on 8 December 2025 at the Focus Hotel Premium Warsaw. For me, it feels like the start of something truly meaningful: an opportunity to give back to an industry that has shaped my career and to support young people who are just beginning their own journey in meetings, events and tourism.

This first edition will also feature a session of Laboratorium Twórców (Eventprofs Creators Lab), which makes the launch even more inspiring.

Why This Programme Matters to Me

Throughout my career, I’ve benefited from people who shared their knowledge, opened doors, or simply believed in my potential. Mentoring is my way of paying it forward.

As part of the 14-mentor team, I’ll be working 1:1 with my mentee over the next three months. My focus will be on what I know best and love most:

  • Destination marketing
  • Marketing and communication in the MICE industry
  • Building meaningful business relationships
  • Smart, authentic networking (yes – Instagram and LinkedIn included!)
  • Personal Branding

I genuinely enjoy watching people grow, gain confidence, and discover their own strengths. Being able to accompany someone on that path is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

  • Eliza Kozica-Kamińska – MICE Consulting
  • Alexandra Kunowska – Modra Sova Group

About the Programme

Future Professionals is a three-month mentoring initiative created for students of event management, tourism, hospitality and marketing. It’s designed to help young people gain practical skills, understand the realities of the industry, explore different career paths and, most importantly, build a strong network within the MICE community.

The structure is simple but powerful:

  • 14 mentors, 14 mentees
  • December–February programme duration
  • Personalised 1:1 mentoring sessions
  • Online or in-person meetings
  • Tailored development approach, fully adapted to each student’s goals

The programme is coordinated by Nikola Naus, Vice President for Students at MPI Poland Chapter.
