Finally, I can share this news about my journey and the next step in my professional career. I am thrilled and honoured to share with you that I have recently joined the Polish Tourism OrganisationPoland Convention Bureau as their new e-Marketing Chief Specialist (full-time contract). This is an incredible opportunity for me to work with an esteemed team of professionals and promote Poland as a premier destination for international events and conferences.

Ready to take the next step in my professional career with the Poland Convention Bureau at the Polish Tourism Organisation HQ in Warsaw! I am excited to leverage my skills and knowledge to contribute to the Poland Convention Bureau’s success, help create memorable experiences for attendees from around the world and provide expert guidance on the strategic planning and implementation of initiatives to strengthen the global reputation of Poland as a prime location for events.

I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to collaborating with colleagues and partners within the industry to drive growth, innovation, and development in Poland. I am excited to begin this new journey with Aneta Ksiazek, Magda Mazgaj, and the whole Polish Tourism Organisation Team in Poland and our offices abroad, and I am confident that together, we can achieve great things.

How you can join this journey

Ready, set, promote! How I’ll be leveraging my skills as e-Marketing Chief Specialist to showcase Poland’s offerings to the world. As an employee at Poland Convention Bureau, my key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing e-marketing strategies resulting from the adopted concept of marketing communication in the meetings industry and promoting Poland as a premier destination for event and meeting planners.
  • Collaborating with institutions and organizations involved in promoting Poland in the meetings industry, such as municipal and regional convention bureaux, associations, the tourism industry, and more.
  • Co-creating and executing innovative e-marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and enhancing the Meeting Guide tool and overseeing e-communications for the meetings industry on the Poland Convention Bureau website and social media channels.
  • Social media management: Development and execution a social media strategy to increase engagement and grow the audience on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. This includes creating and scheduling social media posts, monitoring comments and messages, and analyzing data to improve social media performance.
  • Content creation: Develop creative, engaging, and informative content for various channels, including the website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and blog posts. This includes writing articles, creating videos, designing graphics, and other types of content that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Website management: Oversee the management and maintenance of the website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and visually appealing. This includes creating and updating website content, optimizing for search engines (SEO), monitoring website analytics, and ensuring that the website is mobile-friendly and responsive.
  • Articles writing: Research, write, and edit articles that provide value to the target audience, such as travel tips, destination guides, and industry insights. This includes conducting interviews, fact-checking, and ensuring that articles are accurate, informative, and engaging.
  • Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze the website and social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies for improvement. This includes creating regular reports and presentations to share with stakeholders and making recommendations based on the data.
  • Spearheading industry education and digital marketing development as part of Eventprofs Creators Lab.
  • Collaborating with journalists, B2B influencers, and content creators from Poland and abroad to expand our reach.
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying potential events to acquire and clients to attract, while also supporting the process of organizing conferences, congresses, incentive travel, and other events in Poland (including drafting support letters for meetings and events and responding to inquiries).
  • Gathering and analyzing statistical data for Polish Tourism Organisation use and transferring them to international organizations, such as ICCA, and UIA, to support Polan`s marketing efforts.
  • Planning and managing study visits, fam trips, and press tours.
  • Collaborating on the implementation of trade shows (IMEX, IBTM, other) and promotional events at international meetings industry fairs while developing content for internet marketing.
  • Working closely with other Polish Tourism Organisation departments and offices abroad to implement projects as part of participation in project teams.

In summary, I will lead and drive marketing and e-marketing actions and projects to promote Poland as a top destination for events and meetings. I will work with various institutions and organizations involved in promoting the meetings industry, analyze market trends, collaborate on e-marketing campaigns, manage e-communications, and work with journalists and influencers. This role also involves gathering and analyzing statistical data, planning study visits, and collaborating on trade shows and promotional events while working with other Polish Tourism Organisation departments to implement projects.’
