The world (ChatGPT) is changing so quickly!
Since I published the blog post about the launch of ChatGPT, information about artificial intelligence has often appeared in mainstream media all over the globe over the past two months. There is talk of a great revolution in the world of technology, education, work or even travel and events. The Open AI ChatGPT is controversial – is it an opportunity or a threat? Today, it can be said that artificial intelligence is making changes in our lives and work.
On the one hand, we are warned that certain professions might disappear, and on the other hand, positive visions are painted of how much better our lives will become. People working in marketing certainly cannot ignore these reports, because if we don’t take advantage of these solutions, someone else certainly will.
What are prompts?
Remember that artificial intelligence must be learned to be operated in order to use its full potential. The so-called prompts, which are helpful in this process, come in handy. It is important to always keep in mind that Chat GPT is a chat and we are having a conversation with it. In order to achieve the best results from this tool, it is important to provide it with as detailed and precise information as possible in the questions during the conversation.
The more data ChaGPT has at the beginning of the conversation, the more accurate and precise its answers will be. The aforementioned prompts are helpful in this regard.
Prompts could be called:
- specific questions
- commands
- clarifications and guidelines
- or question templates
These are short sentences or words that make it easier for users to control the topic and direction of the conversation with ChatGPT, and the Open AI tool will be able to provide more specific answers. This can be imagined as prompts or suggestions that help in conducting a dialogue with ChatGPT.

Released to the public in November last year, ChatGPT is still evolving and internet creators are striving to improve it. Recently, I discovered a Chrome browser extension that eliminates one of ChatGPT’s biggest drawbacks, which is providing answers to questions based on data only up to 2021.
One could say that WebChatGPT, the Chrome browser extension, connects the chat created by OpenAI to current information found on the internet. The answer to a query will be enriched with the latest information from websites, and all sources used to prepare the response by ChatGPT will also be provided.
This is an important and useful tool because there are often cases where, despite not having the appropriate resources, ChatGPT responds as if it knows everything or hallucinates. WebChatGPT can eliminate this problem, but it is important to remember to accept the information received with a limited amount of trust.

ChatGPT for Google
Finally, I wanted to mention one more interesting Chrome extension that is worth testing. It’s called ChatGPT for Google, and it adds OpenAI bot answers next to standard answers to queries in the well-known Google search engine. Thanks to this, in the right column, next to the standard search results, content prepared by ChatGPT appears.
Again, the more precise the question in the search engine, the more accurate the answers from Google and the chatbot should be. With this extension, we can also compare which search results/answers are more accurate on both sides of the screen.

The Google vs Microsoft
It’s worth noting that Google is working on its own chatbot (Project Bard), and in February, Microsoft integrated the ChatGPT into the Bing search engine. The race between Alphabet (Google) and Microsoft (Bing and OpenAI) is ongoing.
ChatGPT is not the only tool that uses artificial intelligence, new ones are emerging every day, making it difficult to keep track of everything. I will try to write about more tools that are useful in marketing soon.
